Job summary
Working in partnership with Dr Sophie May & Dr Ridwan Daureeawoo, the Practice Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the practice delivers high-quality, safe and effective patient care within a financially sustainable and well-governed environment.

Main duties of the job
The role has overall responsibility for business development, finance, human resources, IT systems, premises, and patient services. The post holder will take a proactive, strategic approach to practice development, ensuring compliance with NHS contractual obligations, CQC requirements, and relevant legislation, while identifying opportunities for service growth and income generation.
The Practice Manager will stay informed of NHS developments and ensure that changes in guidance, policy or legislation are effectively implemented and communicated across the practice.

We are a small, friendly NHS GP practice in Chelsea with an innovative, enthusiastic and proactive GP team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to lead, coordinate and support the practice team, working collaboratively with our GPs to ensure the smooth running, continued development and high standards of care across the practice.
