- Provide quality physical therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, patient education, discharge planning, documentation, and communication.
- Ensure all patient care is documented per facility policies and company standards, maintaining strong clinical and patient satisfaction outcomes.
- Oversee clinic operations, including compliance with safety protocols, company standards, and corporate regulations.
- Supervise and manage clinic staff: set individual and group performance goals, meet 1:1 and with whole staff regularly, manage performance expectations, motivate and inspire your team.
- Assign staff/patient schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and review clinic and therapist performance reports, budgets, and overall productivity, staying within financial targets.
- Drive clinic growth through marketing, relationship-building, and community engagement, actively promoting the clinic, TAI, and the profession.
- Participate in regional and leadership meetings, representing the clinic and contributing to organizational initiatives.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
- 4+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist with recent experience in an outpatient, orthopedic setting.
- Must have an appropriate current state license, CPR certification and any other state mandated licenses/certifications to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Prior experience with operations, people management, physician relations, strategy and/or financial management are strongly preferred.

Compensation: $100,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonus opportunity.
