      Preschool Teacher – Full Time
      Location: The Learning Experience – Byron Center, MI
      Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and credentials
      Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)

      The Learning Experience – Byron Center is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating structured, engaging learning experiences that support school readiness, independence, and social-emotional growth.

      Our preschool program serves children ages 2–4 and focuses on hands-on, play-based learning that builds confidence, curiosity, and early academic skills.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Lead a preschool classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment

      • Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum

      • Support early literacy, math, problem-solving, and social skills

      • Maintain consistent classroom routines, transitions, and learning centers

      • Observe and support children’s developmental progress

      • Communicate daily with families regarding classroom activities and milestones

      • Collaborate with leadership and teaching teams to maintain a high-quality learning environment

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or GED required

      • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

      • Minimum 6 months preschool, daycare, or childcare experience (1 year preferred)

      • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

      • CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain

      • Must meet all Michigan childcare licensing and background requirements
