What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform project management, administrative, and analytical tasks in support of the IHS PATH EHR program
- Coordinate planning timelines and ensure smooth operations across projects
- Create clear project artifacts such as documents, process flows, and operational strategies
- Manage document repositories and develop implementation frameworks and standard operating procedures
- Prepare internal and customer-facing materials, including planning slide decks and process documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare settings, preferably supporting EHR implementations
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or Allscripts
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and analytic tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting federal EHR programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation contributing to program success
