- Lead contaminated sites projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory alignment.

- Oversee data collection, interpretation, and reporting for environmental site assessments, remediation, and monitoring.
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff in technical and professional growth.
- Strengthen client relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence.
- Prepare proposals, including scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Geological, or Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related discipline.
- Registered (or eligible) professional in BC (P.Eng., P.Geo., P.Chem., P.Ag., RPBio).
- CSAP designation highly desired.
- 10–15+ years of environmental consulting experience including contaminated sites, brownfields, and/or mine closure.
- Strong knowledge of BC environmental legislation and contaminated sites methods.
- Extensive field and site experience with a strong safety mindset.
- Proven project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
- Clean driver’s abstract and willingness to travel occasionally.
