  Shape the World Around You – Join our vibrant Environmental Management team in Kelowna, BC, where you’ll lead complex contaminated sites investigations, remediation programs, and multi‑disciplinary environmental projects that make a tangible difference to communities and the environment.   Your Impact

  • Lead contaminated sites projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory alignment.
  • Champion our Zero Harm culture by prioritizing safety in planning, field execution, and team coordination.
  • Promote Inclusion & Diversity, ensuring colleagues feel welcome and supported.
  • Oversee data collection, interpretation, and reporting for environmental site assessments, remediation, and monitoring.
  • Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff in technical and professional growth.
  • Strengthen client relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence.
  • Prepare proposals, including scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.

  The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Geological, or Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related discipline.
  • Registered (or eligible) professional in BC (P.Eng., P.Geo., P.Chem., P.Ag., RPBio).
  • CSAP designation highly desired.
  • 10–15+ years of environmental consulting experience including contaminated sites, brownfields, and/or mine closure.
  • Strong knowledge of BC environmental legislation and contaminated sites methods.
  • Extensive field and site experience with a strong safety mindset.
  • Proven project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
  • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
  • Clean driver’s abstract and willingness to travel occasionally.

  Compensation

  Compensation:

  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $138,800 - $186,500
  • MB & ON: $126,600 - $176,600
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $125,400 - $168,900

  The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range in this posting may be modified for business purposes.
