What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and enhance the member-facing product experience for Thyme Care Connect
- Lead the strategy for AI-powered member engagement, balancing human interaction with technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive member experience
- Conduct ongoing user research to ensure product decisions align with member needs
- Establish foundational systems for scaling member engagement and personalization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer-facing digital products
- Proven experience in ambiguous, 0?1 environments with a focus on product strategy
- Strong alignment skills across cross-functional stakeholders on complex product initiatives
- Experience in defining and measuring engagement strategies to influence behavioral metrics
- Background in healthcare, preferably in care delivery or value-based care models
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in oncology or chronic condition management
- Background in value-based care or health plan partnerships
- Familiarity with patient-facing digital health products and clinical workflows
- Strong design sensibility and understanding of behavior change in product design
