**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, guiding prospective clients through technical and business evaluations of the platform
- Support and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires
- Design and lead tailored demos and workshops to demonstrate the software in an insurer-specific context
- Travel up to 15% of the time to conduct in-person sales workshops and discuss successful deployment strategies
- Collaborate on foundational sales engineering processes, playbooks, and collateral to support future growth
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 7 years of experience in financial services or financial technology, ideally with exposure to insurance or SaaS deployments
- Prior experience in roles such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Deep interest in artificial intelligence and leveraging new capabilities to improve workflows
- Proven ability to hustle, overcome obstacles, and maintain a strong will to win
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in technology for regulated industries like insurance or financial services
- Strong technical foundation with fluency in discussing architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python scripting; prompt engineering experience is a plus
- Understanding of AI, ML, and automation concepts
- Experience at a growth-stage startup during hypergrowth
