- Flexible scheduling: pick up shifts as available (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Mileage reimbursement and travel pay

- Provide companionship and ensure client safety
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Support with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands or appointments
- Follow care plans and communicate with families and staff
- Complete annual training requirements (12 hours)
- 5+ year of caregiving experience in home care or facility
- CNA, PCP, or HHA certification preferred
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass background checks
- Bilingual a plus
Benefits:Pay: $20/hr

About the Role
We are hiring PRN (as needed) Caregivers, CNAs, and Personal Care Providers to cover open shifts, one time needs, and fill ins in the Austin area. This role does not have a set or recurring schedule. It is ideal if you want flexibility while making a meaningful impact.
