      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and analyze medical records using proprietary software to create client reports
      - Extract and summarize pertinent information with a focus on specific allegations
      - Maintain knowledge of medical treatment standards and current product-specific guidelines
      - Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding case progress and findings
      - Serve as a medical resource and participate in self-evaluation based on job objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of nursing experience or LPN with ten years in long-term care/assisted living
      - Minimum of three years of experience in medical/legal review
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
      - Excellent writing, grammar, critical thinking, and analytical skills
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical/legal review specifically within nursing or healthcare settings
      - Familiarity with Excelas proprietary software or similar applications
      - Ability to demonstrate flexible availability for varying workloads and client requirements
      - Previous experience working in a remote environment
