What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies to drive Pro Product success, retention, and ROI
- Analyze product adoption data and account trends to identify insights and customized solutions
- Collaborate with Pro Implementation and Pro Account Management teams to enhance customer onboarding and product utilization
- Foster a positive customer experience through optimization discussions and specialized support
- Engage in feedback loops with Product to ensure customer needs are effectively communicated
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience managing a book of business in a customer success or account management role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product adoption data and account trends
- Excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries and assess product fit
- Ability to cultivate partnerships and provide constructive feedback on product usage
- Demonstrated ownership of customer outcomes and commitment to enhancing customer experiences

- Experience in the service industry or with service-related products
- Familiarity with customer success methodologies and best practices
- Background in data analysis or experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building high-trust relationships
