- Experiencia 3-4 años en análisis, administración o mejora de procesos en entornos operativos, logísticos o de servicio.
- Paquete Office: Avanzado de Excel y manejo básico de PowerBi
- Nivel de inglés: Intermedio
- SAP u otro ERP: Intermedio
- Conocimientos funcionales básicos de ISO 9001 (interpretación y documentación de procesos).
- Herramientas de mejora continua (PDCA, 5W, A3, Kaizen): Intermedio
- Certificados: Interna o Externa que ampare el uso de herramientas básicas de Mejora continua (Ej. Lean Manufacturing y/o Lean Six Sigma, o equivalentes.)
