  • Job Description

      Req#: R-10053101
      • Critical role to enable OST as an effective quality firewall and early detection for assembly related issues
      • Drive yield improvement through PDCA: perform analysis for top failing pin pareto, FA to identify defects and partner with assembly, fab, PETE for root cause investigation and corrective actions implementation
      • Lead standardization of OST tester platform and legacy platform retirement
      • Support test program conversion and qualification for J750 OST tester
      • Drive OST process simplification and productivity improvement
      • Immediate decap analysis support for OST LOH verification, Final Test and Assembly
      • SPC monitoring for OST electrical failure, LOH, OST strip test and unit test including BGA and LEADED products.
      • Owner for OST process documentation: SWE, FMEA, Control Plan, OCAP and support line audits
      • OST test program and hardware development for NTI/NPI

      Qualification:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
      • At least 2 years’ experience in Process engineering / software programming / Big Data Analysis
      • Team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills
      • Possess critical thinking skills and willing to think outside of the box.
      • Action-oriented, highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions.
      • Knowledge on in C/C++, Java, Python, php, Power BI is added advantage
