  Job Description

  As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multiple injection machines, typically managing 7-8 machines at a time. The role primarily involves working with medical applications, but also includes projects related to the Department of Defense and aerospace industries. You will perform basic troubleshooting and machine repair to ensure smooth operations.

  Shift: Mon-Thur 10am-8:30pm OR 5pm-3:30am (they are flexible). Rarely OT or weekend but if they need OT its Fridays.

  Pay: $28-36/hr based on experience

  Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate injection machines efficiently.
  • Manage and run 7-8 machines simultaneously.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair of machines.
  • Work on projects related to medical applications, Department of Defense, and aerospace.
  • Ensure quality and efficiency in the injection molding process.

  Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in injection molding maintenance.
  • Proficiency in setting up and operating injection machines.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in plastic injection molding and process technician roles.
  • Knowledge of injection mold and plastic injection processes.

  This is a Permanent position based out of Brooksville, FL.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $74880.00/yr.
