      As a Procurement Analyst, you will research and review various procurement documents to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and the Department of Homeland Security, policy, and procedures, conduct trend analysis, and analyze various documents based on procurement requirements.

      Duties


      • Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Contracting and are assigned based on the need of the agency.
      • Analysis of compliance reviews, contracting files, reviews, and comments in planning, executing, reviewing, and evaluating procurement programs, policies, and procedures.
      • Review various acquisition documents, for complex service contracts that are high dollar, substantial competition, and has multiple CLIN types.
      • Develops, interprets, implements, and writes acquisition policy and guidance materials to clarify regulatory and policy changes and communicates to the workforce.
      • Review proposed agency contract actions over a regulatory established threshold on a regular basis, during the various stages of the procurement process, to ensure quality contract compliance.
      • Participates in strategy planning for sensitive or complex procurement actions and policies to ensure uniformity with strategic level initiatives and regulatory policies.
