      We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager (m/f/d) responsible for all procurement activities for entire spend related to the category Civil and Environment in OMV group being part of our integrated Procurement Organisation.

      What do we expect from you in this role?

      • You are responsible for the category Civil and Environment globally and build the needed network and relationships with key stakeholders
      • You ensure the smooth execution of the source-to-contract and purchase-to-pay process in your respective areas together with your team
      • You are a member of the Procurement Leadership team and actively contribute to the department’s strategy, transformation journey and change management
      • You manage strategic initiatives to optimize spend and processes, to drive sustainable procurement and to forward innovation
      • You establish spend transparency and perform operating and cost model analysis
      • You plan the procurement demand for the category and respective sub-categories including market and environment analysis

      About you

      You possess a Bachelor´s degree preferably in a technical field or business administration. Overall you should have 10 years or more of relevant work experience ideally in a global matrix organization. Due to the nature of the role, we need you to have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and full professional proficiency in English. Based on previous line management experience, you know how to efficiently lead a remote team and to create a trustful work environment.

      We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 106.400 annual gross salary and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
