- Own funnel analysis and optimization across onboarding, deposits, and cross-product adoption
- Investigate key funnel drop-off through customer conversations, community forums, Cx feedback, and more. Understand challenges, motivations, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate data-driven insights and technical considerations into clear, well-structured product requirements and user stories
- Contribute to roadmap planning for core features like onboarding, money movements and new investment products by synthesizing data, research, and customer insights.
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Cx, Ops, Legal, and Marketing to scope solutions, prioritize improvements, and measure impact
- Experiment with and iterate on ideas—using AI-powered tools where helpful—to learn quickly and validate solutions
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and quantity success
- Build repeatable playbooks for how we identify, implement, and measure funnel improvements
- 3-4 years in product management, product analytics, management consulting, or a related field. Experience in fintech or brokerage is a plus.
- Strong analytical instincts and are comfortable working with large datasets
- Clear and effective communicator who can work seamlessly across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams
- Product-first mindset and prefer to ground your decisions in both quantitative data and direct customer insights
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams, and learning rapidly in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about UX and are comfortable navigating design tools, like Figma
- Take initiative to identify problems before they are surfaced by others and are scrappy enough to find pragmatic solutions that don't always require a full engineering build
- You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excited to experiment, iterate quickly, and learn by doing

The Role
We are looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to own our core member journeys. You will be the primary driver behind understanding, measuring, and improving how members move through key product funnels, starting with onboarding and expanding into critical flows like deposits and cross-product adoption. This role sits at the center of Product, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Operations. You will be identifying high impact friction points and leading cross functional efforts to build and ship solutions that meaningfully improve member experience.
