What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and organize all incoming data requests and issues, ensuring visibility and accountability
- Oversee Jira for tracking data-related tasks and support roadmap planning aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data tasks
- Support engineers and IT teams with data modeling, documentation, and validation
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, building reports and visualizations for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in data operations, business analysis, or data product management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI and/or Excel; one is required)
- Familiarity with Jira, SQL, and data modeling concepts
- Experience working with engineering and IT teams in a collaborative environment
