What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AWS Connect platform, aligning with business objectives
- Develop a phased migration plan from legacy telephony systems to AWS Connect, ensuring minimal disruption
- Partner with various teams to align business requirements with technical feasibility
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer and agent experience using AWS Connect’s capabilities
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy requirements throughout the migration process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Cloud Telephony, or Contact Center Transformation
- Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center platforms and telephony systems
- Proven experience managing complex technology migrations in large-scale enterprises
- Deep knowledge of AWS Connect features and integrations with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI-driven customer support tools and automation in contact centers
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile product teams
- Background in working with third-party integrators and vendors in technology deployments
