      Would You Be a Great Product Specialist?

      As a Product Specialist, you will oversee sales activities in the Northeast U.S., driving sales targets, strategic plans, and market penetration for our life-saving products. Reporting to the VP of U.S. Commercial Operations, you will collaborate with a growing team of industry leaders to drive U.S. operations and initiatives in alignment with Kamada's vision. For optimal access to major airports within the territory, the ideal candidate will reside in the New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, or Jersey area.

      This role is ideal for someone who excels in building relationships, communicates scientific information with confidence, and effectively engages healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other clinical decision-makers.

      What You'll Do
      Primary Responsibilities
      • Develop and execute a regional sales plan with clear goals and performance targets to drive sustained growth.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, KOLs, and decision-makers across hospitals, transplant centers, and specialty clinics.
      • Engage in clinically focused discussions with HCPs to communicate complex scientific and product information clearly and effectively.
      • Influence treatment protocols and product adoption within transplant and infectious disease markets.
      • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, account analysis, and market insights.
      • Manage key accounts, including executives, clinical leaders, and pharmacy stakeholders, to support product access and utilization.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to share insights and support strategic initiatives.
      • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities in CRM systems.
      • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and relevant clinical developments.
      Secondary Responsibilities
      • Support product launches and strategic initiatives across the territory.
      • Participate in internal training, national meetings, and industry conferences.
      • Contribute to educational programs and provide feedback to support marketing and commercial strategies.
      What You'll Bring
      Education
      • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
      Experience
      • 5-10 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical sales experience.
      • Proven success in hospital-based selling, preferably within transplant, infectious disease, or specialty therapeutics.
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate clinical and scientific data to diverse healthcare audiences.
      • Strong track record of building relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and key decision-makers.
      • Experience managing large territories and complex account landscapes.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales planning.
      • Ability to travel up to 75%, including evenings and weekends as needed.
