      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical operating and service advice to customers using Genie brand lifting equipment
      - Identify and resolve customer concerns related to Terex AWP products
      - Assist customers with service training needs and ensure safe operation of equipment
      - Collaborate with engineering on the improvement and development of AWP products
      - Travel up to 70% within the South Texas territory to provide on-site support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in South Texas, preferably in the Houston area
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in field service, product support, or technical customer support
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
      - Valid driving license with a clean driving record and knowledge of construction equipment
