Job Description

- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
- Weekend overtime available based on customer demand.
- Inspect and finish plastic products coming off rotational molds
- Trim, clean, and prepare parts using hand and power tools
- Use knives, drills, routers, pneumatic tools, and more
- Follow simple, repeatable processes and detailed work orders
- Insert components, drill holes, and perform final finishing steps
- Complete quality checks—including leak testing (“Dunk Test”)
- Rotate between multiple production stations throughout your shift
- 6+ months manufacturing experience (preferred but not required—great trainees thrive here!)
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable using basic tools (drill, knife, router, etc.)
- Able to follow written instructions
- Great attitude, dependable, and eager to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Liberty, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
