Job Description
- Req#: JP-005848047
- Inspect concrete blocks and materials as they move down the production line
- Use basic tools to cut, glue, grind, and level products
- Read job specs and follow work instructions
- Make accurate measurements using a tape measure
- Perform light machine maintenance (major repairs handled by maintenance techs)
- Move materials throughout the production area (bending, lifting, twisting)
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- General labor, warehouse, or production work
- Landscaping, hardscaping, carpentry, or construction
- Working with hand tools or power tools
- Fast‑paced, physical work environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Able to work in a loud, non‑climate‑controlled environment
- Basic math skills + ability to read a tape measure
- Union pathway with long‑term job security

Pay: $22.00/hr to start (raise + full union benefits once hired on)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (3‑day weekends!)
