  What You’ll Do

  This is an individual contributor role reporting into the Master Scheduling Manager.

  The incumbent is responsible for creating and managing the factory master production schedule, MRP demand management accuracy, and ensuring scheduling milestones are met.

  He/she is self-motivated, self-disciplined and demonstrates knowledge of Production Planning and Master Scheduling.

  • Works with the Build Plan Manager to establish production schedules, optimize manufacturing and material capacity
  • Responsible for accurately managing operation and material scheduling
  • Manages Master Production Schedule (MPS) records
  • Evaluates incoming change orders for material and labor impact to production schedules,
  • Communicates impact of changes to customer delivery dates and potential downstream impact to production schedule.
  • Makes recommendations on alternate solutions to mitigate changes to a customer’s delivery commit date.
  • Participates in reviewing rework strategies for finished goods inventory.
  • Attends daily operations related meetings

  Who We’re Looking For

  • Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years working experience
  • Advantage to those who have
    • Exposure in ERP system, preferably SAP
    • Strong in Excel, Macro, Power BI
    • Working in production planning and control
  • Able to work independently with limited direction in a global matrix organization
  • Demonstrated skills in building relationships with business stakeholders and management
  • Discipline, committed, high sense of urgency, good teamwork/team spirit
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  Preferred Qualifications

  Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
