Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Windows Server troubleshooting for frequent failures, especially from the application side.
- Administer and troubleshoot IIS (Internet Information Services), leveraging logs for root cause analysis.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate Windows server administration tasks.
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of software on Windows servers.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills at L2 level, with focus on application-side issues.
- Hands-on expertise in IIS administration and log-based troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and server tasks.
- Experience in software installation and configuration on Windows servers.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
