What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with scheduling DAWA data collection sessions and coordinating logistics with VA site staff
- Support DAWA user management, including tracking access requests and onboarding new users
- Attend DAWA sessions to provide coordination, note-taking, and follow-up support
- Maintain DAWA documentation, including checklists and quick reference materials
- Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to ensure alignment with project objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting federal healthcare IT or program management initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating meetings and multi-team activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience supporting VA programs or healthcare IT initiatives
- Familiarity with DAWA or other cutover/migration data collection tools
- Experience developing or maintaining user guides or project documentation
- Certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, CAPM, or PMI-PBA
