      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate with clinic managers on provider staffing needs and scheduling
      - Oversee PTO and timekeeping for 30 providers and/or APPs within the float pool
      - Ensure program requirements are met while consistently achieving quality standards
      - Prepare and provide accurate reports on program compliance and status as needed
      - Act as a resource for staff and providers, addressing concerns and improving workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in business or healthcare-related field, with two (2) or more years of related experience
      - Experience with payroll and/or timekeeping systems
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid phone etiquette
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a proactive approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a program administrator or project manager
      - Familiarity with outpatient clinic environments, protocols, and processes
      - Flexibility and adaptability to work both independently and within a team
