What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coordinate, implement, and project manage key diversity, equity and inclusion programs, initiatives, and frameworks
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and key business partners to support the progress of the DEI approach
- Advocate for the DEI Team and program initiatives through effective communication
- Design presentations, generate reports, and present to leadership on DEI matters
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on DEI topics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in managing large and complex cross-functional programs
- 3+ years of experience in workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience leading and supporting Employee Community Networks (ECNs) program
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to learn and understand client needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in managing large and complex cross-functional programs
- Demonstrated experience partnering and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to articulate a vision and drive matrixed teams to accomplish goals
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to learn and understand client needs
- Ability to present strategies in a clear and concise manner
