      How will you make an impact in this role?

      The Manager, 1LOD Program Reporting is responsible for establishing and delivering enterprise-level reporting that provides clear, integrated visibility into financial crimes risk, control effectiveness, issues, and remediation execution across the First Line of Defense. By identifying trends, misalignment, and early warning signals, this role strengthens leadership confidence, supports risk-informed decision-making, and reinforces regulatory readiness.

      Core responsibilities include:

      • Maintain the enterprise KPI/KRI framework for financial crimes risk management, ensuring alignment to Financial Crimes Risk Appetite and regulatory expectations

      • Produce integrated, regulator-grade reporting across:

        • financial crimes risk posture

        • control effectiveness

        • issues and remediation status

        • execution progress against committed plans

      • Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights, enabling leadership to understand risk exposure, progress, and areas requiring action

      • Provide structured reporting to the Financial Crimes Council, senior leadership, and the Board, tailored to audience and decision needs

      • Identify enterprise-wide trends, emerging risks, and misalignment across business units, controls, and remediation activities

      • Develop and own the program health narrative, clearly articulating what the data means, where risk is increasing or decreasing, and how remediation efforts are impacting the First Line risk profile

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of experience in PMO operations, program coordination, or portfolio reporting

      • Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail

      • Experience producing executive-level reporting and dashboards

      • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments

      • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups

      • Bachelor Degree

      • Data Analytics, Analytical Dashboards, Reporting Tools

      Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
