      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chair and other leadership in the Internal Medicine Department
      - Manage the onboarding process for faculty members across multiple divisions
      - Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and organizing departmental events
      - Oversee procurement activities for the department, including supply ordering and budget management
      - Maintain and update departmental web pages and edit newsletters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of program and/or project management experience, or
      - High School diploma/GED plus eight (8) years of program and/or project management experience
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
      - Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high levels of organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare or academic environment
      - Familiarity with immigration processes for foreign national employees
      - Knowledge of RedCap or similar data management systems
      - Strong initiative for independent work and problem-solving capabilities
      - Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
