      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure successful delivery of products and services to strategic clients within the Risk Adjustment portfolio
      - Produce and manage documentation related to client projects, meetings, and follow-ups
      - Interact directly with customers to enhance client satisfaction and product adoption
      - Track and report on client contractual SLAs and manage client-related costs
      - Identify and address issues and obstacles that may hinder project success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; relevant Master’s degree preferred
      - 4-6 years of experience in the Healthcare or Insurance sector, preferably with large payers
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client/program management
      - Strong knowledge of healthcare, specifically Risk Adjustment
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Formal training in enterprise project management methods
      - Proven success in managing client deliverables and escalations
      - Ability to navigate cross-functional teams effectively
      - Strong presentation skills with experience in adjusting content for different audiences
      - Willingness to travel up to 15%
