      - Salary range: $50,000 - $54,000

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide and support both employers and students in their hiring processes
      - Work cross-functionally to deliver client-facing admission processes for all programs
      - Manage shared inboxes for employers and students related to all programs
      - Identify, design, and implement process improvements focused on customer satisfaction
      - Manage the CRM to analyze client activity and progress applicants through the admissions pipeline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
      - Very organized with a high attention to detail
      - Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
      - Proven ability to embrace a digital environment and remote work
      - Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with Google Workspace/Gmail, HubSpot, Slack, and Zoom
      - Fluency in verbal and written French is a strong asset
      - Experience in customer success or client support roles
