What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee multi-discipline project management from concept through construction, coordinating across various engineering disciplines
- Manage project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate on process mechanical design deliverables and technical requirements
- Provide engineering unit operations support, including equipment sizing and instrument selection
- Act as a central point of coordination among design teams, clients, contractors, and vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5-15 years of experience in process engineering, project management, or related roles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Acute attention to detail and demonstrated experience coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in chemical or process manufacturing environments
- Background in engineering consulting
- Familiarity with P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and construction documentation
- Business development aptitude
