What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead PHCO Clinical Functional Workgroup meetings, ensuring coordination and accountability on initiatives
- Manage and maintain PHCO business process project plans, tracking progress and deliverables
- Provide consistent project updates, dashboards, and risk assessments to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with market operational needs
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience with project planning tools such as Smartsheet and Planview
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Population Health initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading clinical system migrations (business side, not IT)
- TruCare clinical system experience strongly preferred
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and time management capabilities
- Master's degree preferred
