  Project Manager III - PHCO / Clinical System Migration
  Remote (within Florida, USA)
  Travel: Up to 25% (including some overnight stays)

  You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members. The Project Manager III - PHCO/Clinical System Migration will lead high-impact Population Health and Clinical Operations (PHCO) initiatives focused on business (non-IT) clinical system migrations across key functional areas such as Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals, Medical Management, and Pharmacy.
  You will work within the PHCO PMO team to drive operational alignment, lead cross-functional workgroups, and ensure successful delivery of strategic projects that enhance Centene's healthcare operations.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead PHCO Clinical Functional Workgroup meetings, ensuring coordination, accountability, and timely follow-up on initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain PHCO business process project plans, tracking progress and deliverables.
  • Provide consistent project updates, dashboards, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with market operational needs.
  • Support business readiness, workflow design, and stakeholder engagement for clinical system migrations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Apply change management best practices to promote adoption and sustainability of new systems.
  Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
    • Experience with project planning tools such as Smartsheet and Planview.
  • Industry: Managed Care / Healthcare.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PgMP, or CAPM.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Population Health initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading clinical system migrations (business side, not IT).
  • TruCare clinical system experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong follow-up, documentation, and time management capabilities.
  • Master's degree preferred.
