- Lead projects from award through closeout for network, low-voltage, and telecommunications builds
- Develop scopes of work, BOMs, labor estimates, and schedules
- Coordinate inside and outside plant activities
- Plan and lead site walks, bid walks, and kickoff meetings
- Manage material procurement, subcontractors, and field labor
- Serve as the primary technical PM for low-voltage and network infrastructure projects
- Validate cable pathways, MDF/IDF layouts, power, grounding, and physical constraints
- Ensure work meets industry standards, company standards, and venue requirements
- Review and approve as-built documentation and closeout packages
- Build and manage project budgets, including labor forecasting
- Track job-to-date costs and cost-at-completion
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Implement cost-control and efficiency measures
- Act as the primary customer-facing project representative
- Coordinate with venue operations, electricians, low-voltage installers, and internal engineering teams
- Manage subcontractor performance and enforce scope boundaries
- Provide regular status reporting to leadership and customers
- Support all levels of management by handling other assigned duties.
- Degree in a technical or construction-related field preferred
- PMP, RCDD, or relevant telecom certifications a plus
- 5+ years project management experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, or network infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience managing inside and/or outside plant projects
- Experience working in construction, venues, campuses, or mission-critical environments strongly preferred
- Strong field coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions in fast-moving, constrained environments
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules
- Low-voltage cabling systems (fiber, copper)
- Network infrastructure concepts
- Reading construction drawings and telecom plans
- BOM development and labor estimation
- Familiarity with structured cabling standards
- Frequent presence in active construction and event environments
- Occasional evening, overnight, and weekend work required based on project schedules

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Project Manager, Network & Low-Voltage Infrastructure, is responsible for planning and executing complex telecommunications and network infrastructure projects in large-scale venue environments, including convention centers and meeting facilities. This role requires strong hands-on experience with low-voltage systems, vendor coordination, field execution, and cost control from project award through closeout.
This is a field-forward project management role, not a purely office-based IT position.

Compensation: $95,000 +, DOE
