- Manages and retains full responsibility for the performance of assigned work including cost, schedule, performance, and quality.
- Functions as the customer's primary point of contact for all activities, including receiving taskings, delegating to the team, and ensuring timely and quality response.
- Translate and convey Client substantive priorities and mission for the team.
- Manages a team of linguists/translators, ensuring quality research and translations.
- Active in scope TS/SCI Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 years of relevant experience, including managing linguists/translators, OSINT, and machine translation tools.
- 5 years of experience with projects of similar size and scope.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to engage collaboratively and effectively in a virtual environment within a diverse team.
- Strong time and task management skills.
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Experience with machine translation tools and workflows.
- Candidates must be US-based.
