What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring compliance with organizational governance
- Utilize ADO features, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Dashboards, to facilitate project management
- Gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
- Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive project success
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI connected to ADO
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Intermediate-level understanding of ADO features and analytics
- Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, particularly SAFe methodologies
- Advanced skills in PowerBuilder and connecting Power BI to ADO
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of Azure cloud services
- Experience in data modeling and designing dashboards and reports
