      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee the security posture of information systems and applications throughout their lifecycle
      - Lead various teams within the ISaaS program while ensuring compliance with federal security policies
      - Develop and implement Quality Assurance Programs for products and services
      - Assess risks and create security operations strategies to safeguard systems and data
      - Foster collaborative relationships with government teams to enhance cybersecurity operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT and/or Information Systems Security project manager
      - Master’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, or computer science
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
      - Active Top Secret security clearance
      - Educational substitution: One year of traditional education can be substituted for one and a half years of work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing day-to-day tasks of Information Systems Security Officers (ISSO) and Information Systems Security Engineers (ISSE)
      - Experience performing roles and responsibilities of an ISSO/ISSE
      - DoD 8140 certification, which may include certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+
      - Knowledge of NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, DIACAP, and RMF requirements
