  Position Overview
  
  
  • Load, update and process commercial landscape projects for production by the estimating team.
  • Read and interpret commercial landscape drawings as pertains to the estimating process.
  • Communicate via phone or email with Customers, Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Support Representatives about project information, documents and timelines needed.
  • Generate submittal reports for completed projects.
  
  Skills We Are Seeking
  
  
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and OneDrive
  • Knowledge of landscape irrigation parts and their use.
  • Experience in reading commercial landscape drawings and specifications.
  • High school, secondary diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 – 3 years of customer service / administrative experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the landscape industry.
