Lead project setup and day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safety compliance
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
Train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures
Ensure teams meet quality and safety standards
Manage customer relationships and communicate project and warehouse updates
Foster a positive and growth-oriented work environment
On-the-job training provided
2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
Experience in warehouse operations and forklift certification required
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Positive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a versatile leader to oversee project operations and manage our Newmarket warehouse. This hybrid role combines project supervision with hands-on warehouse leadership, including forklift operation, inventory management, and team supervision.
