Mileage Reimbursement (when applicable)
Conduct physical or psychological exams and record patient histories.
Provide basic healthcare treatments and write prescriptions.
Review patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans.
Facilitate Medication Services within Substance Use Disorder programs.
Oversee team care coordination activities, including communication with outside providers.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Missouri.
Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) by the State of Missouri.
Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Missouri
Federal DEA license
Previous experience in a community health center or similar environment preferred.
Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
Federal DEA license required.
Willingness to explore/obtain DATA 2000 Waiver.
