      Job Responsibilities:

      Psychometric Support/Research Assistants provide support and assistance to Assessment division Psychometricians and Statisticians, including generating and producing materials for item review and standard setting meetings, running data analysis programs, performing quality assurance checks on analysis outputs, preparation of technical reports and development, assist with validity studies and review of all field test and operational test forms.

      Job Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral and social sciences, including psychology, economics and sociology.
      • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
      • Highly organized and detailed oriented.
      • Conscientious, high attention to detail and able to take responsibility for ensuring the successful completion of assigned tasks.
      • Interest in education.
      • Strong written and oral communication skills.
      • R knowledge (a plus)
