Public Areas Maintenance - Individuals in this position will do a variety of seasonal outdoor maintenance activities, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of both indoor and outdoor facilities, and the ability to run various small equipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
The ideal candidate must:
Season Length: April – October
Average Weekly Workload: 40 hours (including weekends and holidays as required)
Seasonal applicants who are 18 years of age and older that receive a conditional offer of employment will need to complete a background check, and those who will be driving a City vehicle will need to pass a drug test.Applications will be reviewed as they are received, with interviews scheduled on a rolling basis.
