Job Description

- Answer Sales Calls in a prompt efficient manner
- Respond to all customer's questions with knowledge and professionalism
- Accurately input all orders
- Offer additional offers and special deals
- Create a call to action and sense of urgency, done in a tactful and strategic manner
- Direct special requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of PXG and its products, research consumer needs and identify opportunities.
- Handle daily outreach
- Capture and maintain records of customer interactions via CRM
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up to date on new product launches
- Perform other related duties as needed
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Golf industry experience preferred
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written and over the phone and email, with the ability to respond effectively in all situations
- Strong customer orientation and passion for solving issues in a professional, flexible, and service-oriented manner
- Previous customer experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Strong team orientation with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Word and Excel, and previous customer database experience highly desired

Description:
This position is responsible for providing a top-notch sales experience for PXG clients. This position will have an extreme level of knowledge of PXG products and provide superior client service.

This position primarily works in an office / work-from-home environment. Must be able to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
