      SUMMARY

      The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer III will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications and systems. This position will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in the continuous improvement of our QA processes.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      • Lead and manage testing efforts for high-impact projects, including defining test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

      • Architect and develop advanced test automation solutions and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

      • Lead the execution of test cases through both automated and manual tests.

      • Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their technical and leadership skills and help them deliver solid quality and test solutions.

      • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful testing.

      • Innovate and invent new test approaches or propose improvements to our existing processes and automation system to improve the team's speed and efficiency.

      • Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality of code, advocating for quality throughout the development lifecycle.

      • Investigate and report defects, track issues to resolution, and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.

      • Develop performance measures and reports to share with cross-functional teams and leadership.

      WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

      • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

      • At least seven (7) years of experience in software quality assurance, including automated testing.

      • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

      • Experience in manual testing.

      • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect tracking.

      • Experience with agile development methodologies.

      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

      • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

      The base pay range for this position is $144,000 to $164,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, a full range of medical and other benefits is offered.
