      The Quality Control Manager plays an essential role within AMZL ACES. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing quality assurance and control (QAQC) processes throughout the processes of a package in the Last Mile Operations.


      Key job responsibilities
      • Ensure that all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) are up to date and available in Policy 2.0 at all times.
      • Standard Audit Tool (SAT) monthly coordination
      • Complete daily routines in the field of address data quality with the aim to improve delivery quality.
      • Perform audits, assessments and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
      • Use logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement.
      • Communicate any quality problems or concerns that are impacting the customer experience.
