      We Are Hiring

      • Department: Total Quality Management
      • Schedule: Full Time, Days (M-F 8-5)
      • Hospital: Statewide Coverage
      • Location: Glendale, WI

      What You Will Do

      Manage quality programs, policies, practices and resources.

      • Serve as organizational leader to facilitate accreditations survey activities, survey preparations, survey leadership and survey follow-up and completion to ensure organizational accreditation. Develop comprehensive approach to achieve external standards for quality, safety, and reliability including data management and outcomes reporting.
      • Aggregate data, provides reports/graphs to management, and participates in audits of departments/processes for compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
      • Lead communication, networking, and knowledge transfer of accreditation and regulatory information and data outcomes across the health system.
      • Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Perform and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.

      What You Will Need

      Licensure / Certification / Registration:

      • Preferred Credential(s):
      • Quality Professional.
      • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Licensure from the WisconsinBoard of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
      • Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.
      • Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin PhysicalTherapy Examining Board.
      • Risk Management.

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
      • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
