      Overview

      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications:

      Associate Degree in Nursing

      One of the following:

      • BSN
      • Bachelor’s Business Administration
      • Bachelor’s degree in health-related field

      5 of the most recent 7 years' experience performing quality assurance or compliance duties in a leadership role

      Working knowledge of Diagnosis, CPT coding, HEDIS, Meaningful Use, PQRS and other government programs

      Working knowledge of medical (or comparable) management

      Responsibilities

      The Director of Quality Reporting IMC plays a crucial role in ensuring high quality care delivery, compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes. By fostering collaboration among various departments and implementing effective quality initiatives, this position contributes significantly to the overall performance and success of Infirmary Medical Clinics (IMC) and Infirmary Physician Alliance (IPA).
