What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement quality management frameworks and compliance programs for global service delivery
- Design and conduct regular quality audits and compliance reviews across regional operations
- Monitor adherence to contractual requirements, service level agreements, and regulatory obligations
- Create and maintain quality and compliance documentation including manuals, procedures, and training materials
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in quality management and compliance (ASQ, ISO, or equivalent)
- 6-8 years of experience in quality management, compliance, or operational excellence
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and compliance assessment techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience developing and implementing quality management systems and compliance programs
- Experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or professional services industry
- Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to facility management (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Background in change management and organizational transformation
