      YOUR ROLE

      • Drive Henkel Consumer Brands’ packaging sustainability strategy by further enhancing the circularity of packaging
      • Be responsible for the packaging sustainable training efforts for the global organization
      • Enhance content and functionality of IT solutions to assess sustainability of packaging
      • Present Henkel in cross-industry circular economy initiatives
      • Collaborate effectively with internal & external stakeholders, suppliers, recycling partners and associations
      • Conduct research to further advance recyclability and usage of recycled materials in packaging

      YOUR SKILLS

      • Master’s degree in Mechanical, Packaging, Chemical Engineering or similar
      • Minimum 5 years professional experience in the field of packaging, waste management or circular economy
      • Knowledge and experience of the main packaging technologies including recycling technologies and life cycle assessment of packaging materials
      • Track record of establishing and implementing programs to drive packaging circularity within corporations
      • Experience in collaboration with stakeholders along the packaging value chain
      • Analytical, result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset (operational and business-oriented) and strong presentation skills
      • Strong networking and intercultural skills, willingness to perform within an international organization
      • Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
