- Assign Radiology Technologists to specific areas and facilities as per schedule
- Communicate with Technologists for urgent exams and turnaround times
- Report issues to Supervisors promptly
- Assist Technologists with daily needs and client information
- Cross-train into Customer Service role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related service
